Celebrating with your friends and having a lot of fun is a terrific way to celebrate the end of a school year! Whether it’s a small or a large group; whether it’s elementary, middle or high school; whether it’s band, choir, drama club, ROTC, senior class or 5th grade party, it doesn’t matter. Everyone has a great time at Green Tree.
Our beautiful shaded picnic area is a great place for kids to “hang out.” They LOVE the junior Olympic size pool along with the volleyball and basketball areas. Music with a DJ and the 1500 sq. ft. cedar pavilion sets the stage for some rhythm and line dancing.

LARGE SCHOOL GROUPS
100-500 persons
Large School Groups have use of the party house and if more than 150 guests, they also have use of the 1500 sq. ft. cedar pavilion. School groups may choose the “A La Carte” package where you pick and choose what you would like for your party or the Value turn-key package where we do it all. You just show up and fun! Party times are up to six hours.
A LA CARTE Package
With this package, groups can pay a party fee along with a staffing fee and then order individually or “a la carte” additional services such as rental and catering menu items. Groups may bring in their own food and drink. BBQ grills are available for use at no charge. Hot dogs and burgers fit the “picnic style” atmosphere at Green Tree. Pizza is another easy and popular option.
SCHOOL PARTY COST: $14.85 + tax / person
Includes use of all facilities plus FREE rental of party house if over 100 persons ($500 value). Enjoy Free
rental of party pavilion also if over 150 persons. Each are a $600 value
STAFFING: The following guidelines listed below will be used to determine staffing fees for each party. This fee covers party set up and lifeguard staffing as well as check in staff. Note: Parties are asked to put all trash from picnic table areas in trash cans provided by the club. Trash cans will be emptied hourly as needed by staff. Green Tree lifeguards are certified in advanced lifesaving and CPR (parties may not provide their own lifeguards for liability reasons).

VALUE TURN-KEY
If you are wanting to sit back and simply enjoy your party, you will want to choose the popular “VALUE” Turn-Key package. Let us do all the work so you can have all the fun! Save $$ with this inclusive package. Catering by Bill Miller’s/Grady’s plus unlimited servings of sodas and a variety of other amenities including use of the party house and our beautiful cedar party pavilion. School groups of all ages enjoy this package.
The “Value” package has been customized to our school groups and is quite popular. This package includes our most popular items:
1. BBQ catering by Bill Miller’s or Gradys (one meat item) either brisket or chicken with all the sides to include ice tea. A poor boy brisket sandwich plate is also a great choice and quite popular with the schools.
2. Full set up of sodas to include unlimited servings with server.
3. Complete party house and party pavilion set up
4. One rental item with all supplies provided (sno-cone, cotton candy or popcorn machine)
5. D.J. for four hours
Complete staffing for rental, lifeguard, check-in and set up.

SMALL SCHOOL GROUPS
Less than 100 persons
All the same great amenities for swimming and recreational facilities are available for your use! Party groups will have their own picnic area and party times are up to five hours. Additionally, a variety of rental items may be purchased to include a D.J., moonwalk, sno-cone, popcorn, and cotton candy machines.
Party times are between the hours of 1pm – 8pm in May & September; 1pm – 9pm in June, July & August.
