PT OFFICE ADMIN/BOOKKEEPER: Looking to hire part-time (20 hours per week 9am-3 pm) Office Admin to be responsible for the general operation of our office. Duties to include greeting members and visitors; answering phone calls; bookkeeping skills such as creating invoices and payments, reconciling bank statements and taking camp registrations; managing inventory and purchasing office supplies; and other tasks as needed to ensure the successful functioning of the office.
Must be self-motivated and have the discipline to work independently. Understanding and use of QuickBooks and Excel required. Quick learner, resourceful and on-time.
Job Type: Part-time 9am-3pm
Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday 9am-3pm
Note: more hours available summer time
PRO-SHOP STAFF: Looking to hire smart, friendly, hardworking individuals who are high energy to interact with club members, customers, and other staff. Will handle phone calls, data entry, payments as well as court and office maintenance. Tennis experience is not necessary but is a plus.
Part-time/Full-time · $12-$16/hour; Based on work experience.
SUMMER CAMP STAFF
HEAD SPORTS CAMP COUNSELOR Summer time beginning June 1st through August 7th. Ideally looking for an active school teacher(s) who enjoys kids & sports (PE teacher a plus). Working days are Monday thru Friday; times and hours to be discussed. Must be an independent thinker, self-motivated, and energetic. Specific skills regarding tennis, swim lesson instruction, and/or life-guarding are a plus.
Part-time/Full-time · $13 – $18 per hour depending on work experience.
SUMMER SPORTS CAMP COUNSELORS beginning June 1st through August 7th. Must enjoy kids & sports. Working days are Monday thru Friday. Times and hours to be discussed. Looking for college kids who want to have a fun summer, stay busy and make money. Specific skills regarding tennis, swim lessons instruction and/or life-guarding are a plus.
Part-time/Full-time · $13 – $15 per hour depending on work experience.
SUMMER TENNIS CAMP INSTRUCTORS Summer time beginning June 1st through August 7th. Senior High School students or College students who have taught tennis before and/or play competitive tennis. Times and hours vary depending on programs teaching.
Part-time/Full-time · $12-$14 per hour depending on work experience.
SUMMER SWIM STAFF
LIFEGUARDS needed for summer employment to work at private club located on 8 acres nestled in the woods. The club features a beautiful junior Olympic size pool that provides for a uniquely engaging swim experience for children and adults. Certifications needed: Advanced Life Saving. Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written and A smiling face! POOL OPENS Memorial Day weekend.
Job Duties for Lifeguards: Maintain safety protocols and procedures in and around the pool areas Monitor all activities in and around the pool areas. Standard lifeguard duties for summer pool members and group parties

SWIM LESSON INSTRUCTORS Job Duties for Swim Instructors: Swim classes offered are for beginning, intermediate, and advanced level swimmers ages 3-12 years old. Appropriate swim fundamentals, stroke production, and proper technique to be taught for each level. WSI Certification for swim instructors a plus, but not a requirement.

SUMMER PARTY STAFF
WEEKEND PARTY STAFF: Very busy summer party season. Staff wanted for small and large party groups. High level of energy and enthusiasm for people needed as well as social, organizational and communication skills. Wanting check-in staff as well as rental item staff wanted for sno-cone, popcorn and cotton candy machines pllus party set-up and clean-up. Must be independent thinker and self motivated. Staff persons needed to provide a high standard for our party groups. Work hours are Saturday and Sundays 12:30-9:30 pm. Party Season begins May 25th and runs through the last weekend in September.
Part-time/weekends · $12 – $16 per hour depending on work experience.
Note: Hourly pay ranges are based on experience as well as any certifications.
