SUMMER FUN FOR FAMILIES
Fun, friends, swimming, tennis and much more! Come over on a summer night and enjoy the pool and picnic area! Families love to swim and have a picnic supper! If you are a tennis player, we can line you up a match or include you in one of our club leagues or instructional workouts.
Our summer pool runs May 24 through September 7 and includes use of the junior olympic size pool, 7 lighted tennis courts and 2 pickleball courts. (If you are an active tennis player, please go to the membership heading and click on Tennis Membership where you will see information on USTA team tennis and the year round tennis membership.)
SUMMER POOL MEMBERSHIP
This membership is for families who enjoy the pool and spending time together! Swimmers enjoy our large Olympic size pool; little ones love our large and shallow kiddie pool ! Adjacent to the pools is our beautiful picnic area equipped with tables, grills plus volleyball and basketball courts along with a play area for the children. Membership includes use of the tennis courts.
TENNIS MEMBERSHIP
This membership is for active tennis players that are wanting to participate in USTA Team Tennis, Club Leagues . . . come out for Monday night men’s workout and play tennis regularly. This membership is also for those of you that used to play tennis and “life” took you away and you want to get back into tennis with private lessons and/or participating in our group instruction. We LOVE tennis at Green Tree!
A WONDERFUL FAMILY ATMOSPHERE
We have loved coming to Green Tree for the past 10 years. It’s an oasis in the middle of the city. Our five children have taken swim lessons and we’ve always gotten the family pool membership. We love coming over on a summer night, swimming and having a picnic supper. The staff are wonderful and know us by name. The facilities are well maintained and updated every year. WITHOUT FAIL, EVERY LIFEGUARD IS WELL TRAINED.
My family has been "summer pool members" for 10 years and use the pool exclusively. Courtney, the director, and her staff are friendly and most cooperative. The grounds are immaculate; picnic areas neat and clean. The pool is large and clean. Without fail, every lifeguard is well trained and very attentive to people in the pool. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this facility to any family wanting to swim in the summer. I can't think of a better break on those 100+ San Antonio days than being at the Green Tree pool!
