General Summer Sports Camp Information


Each child should bring a tennis racquet , swim suit, towel, sunscreen, hat,and either lunch money (the snack bar will be open), sack lunch or purchase food tickets and/or weekly lunch meal ticket. Used racquets provided by the club are available for your child.


LUNCH MEAL TICKET – Out of an abundance of caution, lunch meal tickets are not available for sessions of summer camp. Campers are welcome to bring their lunches in thermal lunch boxes and they will be kept with their back pack in the sports camp building. Canned drinks, bottled water & gatorade, chips & ice cream may be purchased with Food Ticket(s).

Note: Please bring food, drink and snacks that do NOT require use of a microwave or oven.

FOOD TICKETS for snacks ARE available to include chips, candy, drinks, ice cream sandwiches, popsicles and other items that are individual packets.etc. Food tickets and may be purchased in $5 increments. MONEY will NOT be refunded at the end of the week or carried over to another session of camp. Be sure to use up your food ticket money.

CASH PURCHASE –  There are no cash purchases this summer. Please purchase food ticket(s) for snacks and the other items listed above.


Movies, video games etc. may be brought to camp from home, however, Green Tree is not responsible for the safety of any of these items.


EARLY DROP-OFF OR LATE PICK-UP costs are $15/day/child or $30/child/week. Please let us know ahead of time if you will be dropping your child off early at 7:30 a.m. or picking him/ her up late at 6:00 p.m.


IF CHOOSING THE PAYMENT PLAN, payment for the first two sessions of camp must be paid in full when registering your child and a $75 deposit on all subsequent sessions. Camp sessions paid in full as well as deposits made on any and all sessions are NOT REFUNDABLE. Please note that on sessions having received a $75 deposit, payment in full must be paid no later than the Friday before the start of the next session. Bills for subsequent sessions will be available on Friday for parents to pick up. PAYMENT IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME. For sessions in which a child does not attend but has paid a $75 deposit, the deposit WILL NOT BE REFUNDED and the session will NOT count toward the package discount pricing.


Our standard policy does not offer refunds for camp sessions paid in full, or sessions paid partially with a payment plan.  Often significant discounts have been provided and staff members hired based on the number of confirmed campers.

HOWEVER, WE ARE IN UNPRECEDENTED TIMES.  To help ease the uncertainty, we have refined our refund policy.  Green Tree will comply with any national, state and/or local mandates and restrictions impacting summer camp.  A full refund will be issued for the camp session(s) impacted by a COVID-19 advisory in which the camp cannot operate.  NOTE:  Camp sessions(s) impacted by a COVID-19 advisory, in which your child is registered, may be changed to a later session at no charge.


Please be sure to walk your child to the camp building in the morning and sign him or her “in” each day. Please sign your child “out” in the afternoons as well. Special instructions regarding medication and/or child pick up, please leave a note with the counselor and note it on the sign in sheet also.


NOTE: If you decide to change a session date, there will be a $25 charge for each change/child. The total number of sessions may not be changed. A minimum of one week’s notice is required. Please look at your calendars carefully. Our summer camp sessions will fill and we want your child to be able to participate and enjoy tennis and swimming at Green Tree. Thank you!!
