2025 Turkey Tournament

Green Tree Tennis Club is our host site. We are once again playing all the finals at Green Tree on Sunday. This is our 34th year of running the uniquely engaging “Turkey” tournament. We have had a wonderful turnout with over 375 registrations and twenty six draws with singles, doubles and mixed at all levels. We are using Green Tree Tennis Club, Blossom Tennis Ceneter and Alamo Hts Friday evening.

All sites will be busy with lots of tennis. The competitive spirit and joy of tennis is alive and well! We are looking forward to the weekend and have ordered many turkeys and cornish hens. Thank you to Blossom Tennis Director Patrick Johnson and Alamo Hts. Director David Daniels for making their Tennis Centers available to us.

WEATHER: As we all know, the weather folks are calling for some rain. They are wrong more than occasionally and we are hoping for good weather. In case of inclement weather, instructions will be posted on the website and the GT facebook page as well.

TURKEY T-SHIRTS: We have another GREAT shirt this year. We ordered some additional long sleeve shirts as they are so popular. Just a reminder that each player gets one t-shirt for the tournament . . . it is not one shirt/event. For those of you that ordered a long sleeve t-shirt or XXL short sleeve, your shirt will be labeled with your name on it. We will try to have it at the site where you will be playing.

NOTE: We love dogs but not at Green Tree please. Animals present liability and sanitation issues. Thank you!
